VS Seeker

The cheapest copy has been sat unsold for 8 days at £5.45, so undercutting it will help you move first. That said, there are only 2 UK sellers in the market, which is thin ground — price it firmly and expect a slower sale. Worth noting that the cheapest listing is flagged as MP condition, so a clean copy can justify asking more. The market's shifted recently, with the lowest ask jumping 115.4% from £2.53, though 75% of UK listings are played copies anyway, making Near Mint the scarcer find here.
