What Dexter is

Dexter shows prices, price history, graded sales and live listings for trading cards and sealed products, and lets you keep collections and a wishlist. Prices are estimates for information only. Nothing on Dexter is financial or investment advice; see our Disclaimer.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give accurate details and a username that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's.
• Your Dexter account is shared with the Dexter mobile apps.
• You can delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what's removed.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you add (photos, usernames, collections and notes). You give us permission to store and display it to provide Dexter, including on your public profile if you turn that on. Photos are checked automatically and may be refused. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• scrape, copy or resell Dexter's data, or overload the site with automated requests;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around security or limits;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful, infringing or offensive;
• use Dexter to mislead or defraud anyone.

Other sites

Links to eBay, TCGplayer, Cardmarket and other sites are for convenience. We don't control those sites, their listings or sellers, and any purchase is between you and them.

Trademarks

Card names, images, set names and game logos belong to their owners, including The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Disney, Bandai, Lucasfilm and Riot Games. Dexter isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them.

Availability and changes

Dexter is in alpha. Features may change, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Dexter means you accept the update.

Liability

Dexter is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that prices, values or listings are accurate, complete or current, and we aren't liable for decisions you make based on them or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
