Raw copies are actually selling around £35.85 median (39 sales in 90 days), so there's real room between that floor and the £45.42 mid-ask; a clean Near Mint copy can ask properly given that 59% of UK stock is played. If you've got a mint example, it's worth the grading fee: PSA 10s hit £140 median with 5 sales this week alone, roughly 5.2 times the raw value.
