Espeon & Deoxys GX

Sellers are asking £300 and up, but raw copies have been shifting at £131—that's a 129% gap you should be aware of. The market's quiet; there's been no raw sale in 56 days despite five UK listings, so don't expect quick movement at ask prices. Most of what's listed is played (3 of 5), which means a Near Mint copy would stand out, though the cheapest listing at £300 is graded LP anyway. Price to the recent sales, not the asks, unless you've got something notably cleaner.
